These terms govern your use of the MYwealthRecovery website and any enquiry you submit through it.
No legal advice
The content of this website is general information only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as such. A solicitor-client relationship is only created once we have issued, and you have accepted, a written client care letter.
Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that we will take on your case. We will review the information you provide and let you know whether we are able to assist.
Time limits
Professional negligence claims are subject to strict limitation periods. You remain responsible for protecting your own position until we have confirmed in writing that we are acting for you.
Funding
Where we accept instructions, funding options including private retainers and no win, no fee agreements will be set out in full in your client care letter before any work begins.
Liability
We accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions can be sent to enquiries@mywealthrecovery.org.
