  • To meet our legal, regulatory and professional obligations.
  • To send you news and updates, only where you have opted in.

Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and where necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract with you.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your data. We may share it with our regulated professional advisers, barristers and experts instructed on your case, and with service providers who host our systems under written data-processing terms.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept only for as long as necessary to deal with your matter and to meet our regulatory retention obligations, after which they are securely deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email enquiries@mywealthrecovery.org. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
